You can share your knowledge with others in many ways today and we at Library & Learning Resources are testing a new way. We call it Lounge Talks – short discussions in the library lounge.
We have had five Lounge Talks so far and we have had Birgitta Påhlsson discussing sustainable development, Veronica Johansson telling us about her dissertation work on visualization of information, Malin Sundström talking about innovative commerce and their new research institute. Ramón Garrote visitied us and told us about Open Educational Resources (OER) and the latest Lounge Talk was about Bobcatss, a conference arranged by students for students in Library and Information Science.
